Remsons Industries Ltd reported its best-ever annual performance for FY25, with a consolidated revenue of ₹376.58 crore and a 19% YoY rise in profit before tax. The company also announced a final dividend of ₹0.30 per share (15%), reinforcing its commitment to shareholder returns.
