Richa Info Systems Secures ₹1.44 Crore Electronic Lectern Order from Marval Enterprise

Mumbai, June 10: Richa Info Systems has secured a new domestic order worth ₹1.44 crore from Marval Enterprise for the supply, delivery and assembly of electronic lecterns.

The company disclosed the development through an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, the order was received on June 8, 2026, and will be executed within 45 days.

The contract involves end-to-end supply, delivery and assembly of electronic lecterns, which are commonly used in institutional, conference and presentation environments.

Richa Info Systems said the total order value stands at ₹1,44,36,120 inclusive of taxes.
