Gurugram, November 18, 2025: RITES Limited has recently entered in a strategic MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board. The agreement between the two parties is for the development of infrastructure capabilities in different key sectors. It also includes boosting the overall industrial growth and development in Andhra Pradesh.

Details of the MoU

The company will provide technical expertise in different areas, starting with feasibility studies, preparing detailed project reports, and bid management. The company will also be responsible for: consultancy, third-party audits and inspection services. The collaboration will take into account of different sectors. The sectors include high-impact economic areas such as transport systems, ports, and waterways. It also includes: power, waste management, power sector and infrastructure development (industrial).

The representatives from both RITES and EPEDB underlined the importance of having a joint commitment from the government and the PSU sector. This will play an important role in scaling up infrastructure in the state. The MoU also focuses on unlocking investment potential through structured advisory and execution support from RITES.

Stock Price Movement

The share price of RITES Limited was trading at ₹250.22 around 02:15 PM, 0.67% lower than the previously closing price. The stock had a weak opening on Tuesday, and since the morning session, it has managed to move only sideways, with the high-low ratio remaining between ₹251.70 and ₹247.50. The stock has plummeted slightly more than 15% in the past six months. The company’s PE ratio is 26.91, compared to the industrial average of 42.86.

RITES is a Navrantna PSU that has a diversified portfolio in transport consultancy and engineering services. The company has experience in handling both, domestic and international projects. The company continues to expand its advisory and execution footprint across different major infrastructure sectors.
