Mumbai, October 31: Sammaan Capital’s share price was trading in the green today, after posting a Q2 net profit of ₹308.5 crore against a ₹2,760.7 crore loss. As of 3:25 PM, Sammaan Capital’s stock price was up by 1.95%, or 3.60 points, and was trading at ₹187.98. Until now, the Sammaan Capital shares have traded within a range of ₹191.50 and ₹181.20. The traded volume stood at 5.77 crore shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹15,273 crore. The Sammaan Capital stock has its 52-week high at ₹191.50 and its 52-week low at ₹97.61.
Sammaan Capital Limited (NSE: SAMMAANCAP, BSE: 535789) is an Indian company that operates as a non-banking financial company (NBFC). The company was previously known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (IBHFL). It was established in 2005, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Sammaan Capital Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights
Sammaan Capital reported a total income of ₹2,260.52 crore in Q2 FY26, down 6.8% YoY and 6.2% QoQ. Total expenses fell 69.9% YoY to ₹1,835.49 crore. Profit before tax stood at ₹425.03 crore, down 9.2% QoQ. Net profit was at ₹308.47 crore compared to a loss of ₹2,760.72 crore in Q2 FY25, a 111% turnaround. Revenue from operations was ₹2,250.60 crore, down 7.1% YoY. Interest income dropped 31.2% YoY to ₹1,449.02 crore. Net gain on fair value changes increased to ₹291.64 crore from ₹42.05 crore a year ago. Other income rose to ₹9.92 crore from ₹2.68 crore. Finance costs were at ₹1,286 crore compared to ₹1,238.46 crore in Q2 FY25. Impairment on financial instruments fell to ₹29.03 crore from ₹4,513.34 crore. Employee costs stood at ₹201.71 crore, up 3% YoY.
Sammaan Capital shares traded in the green following a strong turnaround, reporting a profit of ₹308.5 crore compared to a loss of ₹2,760.7 crore a year earlier. However, with overall financial performance remaining somewhat mixed, investor sentiment may stay cautious in the near term.
