Samvardhana Motherson Announces Financial Results For Q2 FY26; Net profit Rises 15% YoY

Noida, November 14: Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. It reported a 15% rise in its net profit, and 8.5% rise in its revenue YoY.
Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (NSE: MOTHERSON, BSE: 517334) is a full-system solutions provider for the automotive industry. It is one of the world’s largest and most diversified manufacturers of automotive components. The company was established in 1986, and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Samvardhana Motherson Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights
For Q2 FY26, Samvardhana Motherson reported a net profit of ₹856 crore, up 15% from the previous year. Its EBITDA rose 6.7% year-on-year to ₹2,719 crore. Revenue increased by 8.5% from last year to ₹30,173 crore.
Shares Rise by 1.02% At ₹110.24
As of 10:40 AM, Samvardhana Motherson’s share price was trading higher by 1.02%, or 1.11 points, and was trading at ₹110.24. The traded volume stood at 3.64 crore shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹1,15,181 crore.
