Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd has reported a strong consolidated net profit of ₹4,145.7 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, marking a 37.3% rise from ₹3,019.6 crore in FY24. The board has also approved a final dividend of ₹0.35 per share and proposed a 1:2 bonus share issuance.
