The IPO, which opened on December 19, 2024, and closed on December 23, 2024, attracted strong interest across investor categories, eventually being oversubscribed by 35.12 times. Headquartered in Mumbai, Sanathan Textiles is a long-established player in the yarn manufacturing sector, operating across three key verticals: cotton yarns, polyester yarns, and yarns for technical textiles. The company’s integrated manufacturing facility in Silvassa supports an installed capacity exceeding 2,20,000 MTPA. Its polyester segment accounts for the majority of its revenue, followed by its cotton and technical textile yarn offerings.
The company had earlier filed its draft RHP in June 2022, which was subsequently withdrawn in October 2022. It refiled the document with SEBI in August 2024 — marking its third submission — and received final approval in November 2024. The IPO was managed by Axis Capital, Edelweiss Financial Services, and JM Financial as the book-running lead managers.
