SEAMEC Ltd Off-Hires Vessel ‘SEAMEC Diamond’ from ONGC Contract for Statutory Drydocking

February 18, 2026 | Mumbai: SEAMEC Ltd (BSE: 526807; NSE: SEAMECLTD) has informed the stock exchanges that its vessel SEAMEC Diamond has been off-hired from its contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) with effect from 01:30 hours on February 18, 2026, to undertake statutory drydocking.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that the vessel has been temporarily withdrawn from service as part of mandatory compliance requirements.
Deployment Status of SEAMEC Diamond
According to the exchange filing dated February 18, 2026, the vessel has been taken off hire specifically to carry out statutory drydocking. Drydocking is a regulatory requirement under maritime norms, involving inspection, maintenance and certification of vessels at specified intervals.
The company clarified that upon completion of the drydocking process, the vessel will resume its contract with ONGC. SEAMEC Ltd added that further intimation will be made once deployment recommences.
