Mumbai, 21 November 2025: Securekloud Technologies Ltd (BSE: 512161) surged sharply today, hitting the 10% upper circuit at ₹30.91, marking a 10% gain in a single session. Over the past week, the stock has skyrocketed 65.12%, reflecting strong investor enthusiasm following the company’s unaudited quarterly results released on 14 November.
Securekloud Technologies Ltd is a provider of IT-enabled services whose main areas of expertise are: cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and managed infrastructure services. This BSE-listed company serves clients from different sectors, such as healthcare, BFSI, and enterprise technology and is constantly growing its capabilities in the digital infrastructure and cloud services domains.
Market Performance Overview
As of 11:56 am IST, the share price of Securekloud Technologies Ltd was trading at ₹31.08, up 9.98%. The company has a full market capitalisation of ₹103.27 crore and a free-float market capitalisation of ₹58.30 crore. Its shares are trading within a 52-week range of ₹16.13 to ₹39.00. The recent momentum has been striking: the stock rose ₹12.19 or 65.12% over the past week, with a two-week gain of ₹11.24 or 57.14%. Financial Results Drive Renewed Investor Interest
On November 14, Securekloud made public its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Q2 FY26 saw a rise in standalone total income of the company to ₹1,039.38 lakh from ₹979.02 lakh in Q1 FY26, but the figure is still down from ₹1,349.07 lakh in Q2 FY25. During the quarter, total expenses amounted to ₹693.56 lakh, which is a significant drop compared to ₹831.19 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹1,297.12 lakh in the same quarter last year. PBT for Q2 FY26 rose to ₹345.82 lakh, which is a big change from the massive loss of ₹12,572.54 lakh in the previous quarter and is also significantly greater than the profit of ₹51.95 lakh in Q2 FY25. Q2 FY26 net profit after tax was ₹241.46 lakh against a huge loss of ₹12,572.93 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹43.27 lakh in Q2 FY25.
Half-Year Performance and Sentiment Outlook
Securekloud reported a net loss of ₹12,331.47 lakh for the period April to September 2025, largely due to exceptional items in the first quarter. The company’s remarkable turnaround from a severe Q1 setback to a profitable Q2 has played a key role in restoring investor confidence. While revenues remain down year-on-year, market sentiment has noticeably improved.
