Sharika Enterprises Bags ₹7.7 Crore Order from UP Power Transmission Corporation

New Delhi, November 12, 2025: Sharika Enterprises Ltd announced that the Uttar Pradesh government-owned UPPTCL has awarded it an order valued at ₹7.73 crore, for the design, engineering, manufacture, and supply of 132KV, 630 mm² single-core aluminium conductor corrugated aluminium-sheathed XLPE cables.
Sharika Enterprises Limited is a Noida-headquartered company. The company operates in the trading and distribution industry. Sharika Enterprises specialising in power transmission and smart grid engineering projects.
Key Contract Details
Sharika Enterprises Ltd has secured a turnkey contract worth ₹7.73 crore from UP Power Transmission Corporation Ltd, a government undertaking of Uttar Pradesh. The project involves the design, engineering, manufacture, and supply of 132KV, 630 mm² single-core aluminium conductor corrugated aluminium sheathed XLPE cables, along with cable laying, jointing, terminations, testing, and commissioning of an underground section of the 132 KV DC Sonik–Sarain Katiyan/Murtazanagar line spanning approximately 1.7 km.
The contract is scheduled for completion within nine months and is not related to any party associated with Sharika Enterprises, highlighting the company’s ability to secure significant government projects independently.
Share Price Update
The share price of Sharika Enterprises Ltd closed at ₹14.82, down 1.33% (−₹0.20) on 12 November at 3:30 PM IST. Earlier in the day, the stock touched a high of ₹15.59 and opened at ₹15.59, while the intraday low was ₹14.82.
