Amreli, November 7, 2025: Sheetal Cool Products Ltd (BSE: 540757, NSE: SCPL) witnessed a significant quarter-on-quarter drop in profit in the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26) as the firm faced a seasonal fall in demand and increasing input costs. The company’s standalone net profit went down by 70% sequentially to ₹1.59 crore as compared to ₹5.34 crore in Q1FY26, while the revenue from operations also reduced by half to ₹59.91 crore as compared to ₹112.89 crore.

Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹1.59 crore, marking a 29% decline from ₹2.25 crore in the same period last year.

During the quarter, total expenses were ₹53.82 crore, roughly half of Q1FY26’s ₹105.99 crore, highlighting the company’s ability to manage costs on raw materials and inventory. Despite these efforts, margins were materially impacted by the steep reduction in sales volume.

Half-Yearly Results

Sheetal Cool Products Ltd. reported a total revenue of ₹168.98 crore for the first half of FY26, down 10% from ₹187.84 crore in the same period last year. Net profit for H1FY26 stood at ₹6.94 crore, compared with ₹9.69 crore in H1FY25. The decline reflects the combined impact of seasonal lower demand and intensified competition affecting pricing in the dairy and snack segments.

Stock Performance

As of 2:52 PM IST stock price of Sheetal Cool Products was trading at ₹228.00, down 1.30%. The stock showed limited momentum following the company’s weaker quarterly results, as investors assessed its prospects amid raw material price volatility and fluctuating seasonal demand.
