Delhi, July 15: Silver prices were unchanged in Delhi on Wednesday, extending the market’s quiet run for another day. After swinging sharply during the first half of July, the metal has now settled into a narrow range, with retail rates holding steady for four consecutive sessions.
According to today’s retail rates, silver is selling at ₹235 per gram, while 1 kilogram is priced at ₹2,35,000. Both rates remain exactly where they were on Tuesday, giving buyers another day without any price movement.
For those planning to purchase silver jewellery, coins or bars, the lack of volatility comes as a relief. Unlike the frequent price swings seen earlier this month, the market has been remarkably stable over the past few days.

Silver Finds a Pause After a Volatile Start to July
The first week of July was anything but quiet.
Silver traded around ₹245 per gram, but those gains didn’t last. Prices corrected during the second week of the month before slipping to ₹235 per gram, where they’ve now remained for several trading sessions.
What’s interesting isn’t today’s unchanged price—it’s the consistency.
For four straight days, silver has refused to move in either direction. That usually points to a market waiting for fresh triggers instead of reacting to short-term sentiment. International prices, the rupee’s movement against the US dollar and industrial demand could decide where silver heads next.
Even after today’s flat session, silver still trades ₹10 per gram below the levels seen during the first week of July.

Why Do Silver Prices Change Every Day?
Silver prices are influenced by several global and domestic factors. International bullion prices, industrial demand, currency movements, import costs and economic data all affect daily rates. Since silver is widely used in sectors such as electronics, electric vehicles and solar panels, changes in industrial demand can have a bigger impact on prices than many people realise.
Conclusion
Silver prices in Delhi remained unchanged on July 15, holding steady at ₹235 per gram and ₹2,35,000 per kilogram. Although the market has paused after the recent correction, prices are still below the highs seen earlier this month. For buyers, the current range continues to offer a better entry point than the levels witnessed during the early-July rally, while investors will keep an eye on global commodity markets for the next breakout.
