SKF India Q2 FY26 Consolidated Results: Revenue at ₹13,090.6 Million, Profit at ₹1,054.9 Million

Mumbai, November 17, 2025: SKF India Limited (NSE: SKFINDIA | BSE:500472) announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company posted steady growth in revenue and profitability during the period. Its revenue reached ₹13,090.6 million while the profit for the quarter was at ₹1,054.9 million. The shares of the company reacted positively to the same, as they rose over 3% in morning trade.
Consolidated Quarterly Key Financials
The company generated ₹13,090.6 million from revenue from operations. It was a decent up from both ₹12,442.3 million in Q2 FY25 (YoY increase) and ₹12,831.5 million in Q1 FY26 (QoQ increase). The total income also increased, reaching ₹13,329.1 million during the quarter. This was also a major increase from ₹12,677.0 million in Q2 FY25 (YoY) and ₹12,982.7 million in Q1 FY26 (QoQ). Profit, both before and after tax, had mixed reactions. Profit before tax was ₹1,406.2 million, which was a YoY increase from ₹1,268.8 million in Q2 FY25 (YoY), but a decrease from ₹1,598.4 million in Q1 FY26 (QoQ). Similarly, the profit for the period was ₹1,054.9 million, which was a YoY increase from ₹941.9 million in Q2 FY25 (YoY), but a decrease from ₹1,182.1 million in Q1 FY26 (QoQ).
Six-Month Performance
September 30, 2025, also marked the completion of the first half of the financial year. During this period, the company generated ₹25,922.1 million from revenue from operations. It was a decent YoY up from ₹24,504.5 million in H1 FY25. The total income also increased, reaching ₹26,311.8 million during the period. This was also a major increase from ₹25,139.8 million in H1 FY25. Profit for the period had negative reactions. It was ₹2,237.0 million, which was a YoY decrease from ₹2,531.2 million in H1 FY25.

The management also noted that its revenue and profitability increased, which reflects a resilient demand for them and disciplined cost management.
