Mumbai September, 04: Solex Energy Limited has received work orders worth ₹74.77 crore from domestic entities for the manufacture and supply of solar photovoltaic modules, adding another sizeable contract to its growing solar business.

The company said the orders are scheduled for execution by December 2026. The latest wins cover the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules and were disclosed to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Alongside these confirmed orders, Solex Energy said it has also received a Letter of Intent for another order worth approximately ₹174.30 crore. The Module Supply Agreement for this additional opportunity is currently at the signing stage.

That distinction is important. The ₹74.77 crore represents confirmed work orders, while the ₹174.30 crore LOI is a separate potential order that is yet to move into the final agreement stage.

Stock Market Snapshot

The Solex Energy share price was at ₹727 as of 9:58 AM IST on September 4, 2026, down ₹1.95, or 0.27%, from the previous close of ₹728.95.

The stock opened at ₹734.80 and initially moved higher, touching a session high of ₹761. It later gave up those gains and slipped to a low of ₹726.95.

At the latest market update, the shares were trading close to the day’s low, while the VWAP stood at ₹743.58.

Solar Order Pipeline Stands At Around ₹846 Crore

Solex Energy said its executable order pipeline is approximately ₹846 crore, with these orders targeted for execution by December 31, 2026.

The company has attributed the continued order flow to rising demand for solar modules and the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities.

The confirmed ₹74.77 crore order adds directly to near-term execution visibility. The separate ₹174.30 crore LOI could further add to the pipeline once the Module Supply Agreement is signed.

Solex Energy Expands Solar Module Manufacturing

Solex Energy operates in solar module manufacturing as well as engineering, procurement and construction activities.

The company has a manufacturing facility at Tadkeshwar in Gujarat with a stated production capacity of 4 GW for photovoltaic modules. It uses automated manufacturing processes, real-time quality controls and data-driven production systems.

The company said its manufacturing operations are supported by globally recognised certifications and that its modules are supplied to customers in multiple markets.

Company Builds Presence Across The Solar Value Chain

Beyond module manufacturing, Solex Energy provides EPC solutions for utility-scale, commercial, industrial and institutional solar projects.

This gives the company exposure across different parts of the solar value chain, from manufacturing modules to executing solar projects.

The latest domestic orders are focused on module supply and are expected to be executed within the current calendar year, according to the company’s disclosure.

Additional ₹174.30 Crore LOI Remains At Signing Stage

The ₹174.30 crore Letter of Intent provides another potential source of business for Solex Energy, but it should not be treated as a confirmed order at this stage.

The company said the Module Supply Agreement related to the LOI is currently being finalised. Once the agreement is signed, the order could move into the executable order pipeline.

For now, the confirmed business announced by the company stands at ₹74.77 crore, while the additional ₹174.30 crore represents an LOI.

Conclusion

Solex Energy has received confirmed work orders worth ₹74.77 crore for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules, with execution scheduled through December 2026.

The company has also received a separate ₹174.30 crore Letter of Intent, although the related Module Supply Agreement is still at the signing stage.

The Solex Energy share price was at ₹727, down 0.27%, as of 9:58 AM IST on September 4, 2026, after touching a session high of ₹761 and a low of ₹726.95.
