Mumbai September, 03: Solex Energy Limited has secured work orders worth ₹74.77 crore, including applicable taxes, for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules to domestic customers.

The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on September 3, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.

The buyers have not been named in the filing. Solex Energy said the orders are from domestic entities and are part of its ordinary course of business.

The entire order value relates to the supply of solar PV modules, with execution scheduled across December 2026. The company has also confirmed that the orders do not involve related-party transactions and that its promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entities.

Stock Market Snapshot

The Solex Energy share price was at ₹728.05 as of 10:08 AM IST on September 3, 2026, up ₹15.10, or 2.12%, from the previous close of ₹712.95.

December Execution Gives Solex Energy Near-Term Visibility

Unlike a long-duration project announcement, the latest contracts have a defined execution window, with deliveries scheduled across December 2026.

The filing does not provide a customer-wise split of the order value or disclose the number of modules involved. It does, however, specify that the contracts are for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules.

That gives Solex Energy additional visibility for its manufacturing operations towards the end of the year, while the domestic nature of the orders keeps the business directly linked to the Indian solar market.

Solex Energy Builds Its Solar Manufacturing Pipeline

Solex Energy operates in the renewable energy sector, with solar PV module manufacturing forming an important part of its business.

The latest contracts are focused specifically on module supply. They do not involve project development or an EPC mandate, meaning the immediate scope for the company is manufacturing and delivering the specified solar equipment.

As solar installations continue to expand in India, module manufacturers remain an important part of the supply chain. The fresh orders add another block of confirmed business to Solex Energy’s pipeline.

Orders Come Without Related-Party Exposure

The company has also provided the required regulatory details around the contracts. According to the filing, there is no interest of the promoter or promoter group in the entities that awarded the orders.

The orders have also not been classified as related-party transactions. Solex Energy said the work orders were received from domestic entities and were secured in the ordinary course of business.

With execution planned for December 2026, the company now has a clear delivery schedule attached to the ₹74.77 crore order inflow.

Conclusion

Solex Energy has secured ₹74.77 crore of domestic work orders for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules, with execution scheduled across December 2026.

The company has not disclosed the names of the customers, but confirmed that the orders are not related-party transactions and involve no promoter interest in the awarding entities.

The Solex Energy share price was at ₹728.05, up 2.12%, as of 10:08 AM IST on September 3, 2026, after touching a session high of ₹745.
