Sonalika Tractors Sells 43,603 Units in June Quarter

New Delhi, July 8 – Sonalika Tractors has reported its highest-ever overall sales for the first quarter of FY26, clocking 43,603 units sold during the April to June 2025 period.

It marks a significant milestone for the company, reinforcing its leadership in the heavy-duty tractor segment, which ranges from 20 to 120 HP. The surge in demand for tractors came in tow with a strong monsoon season and an increasing agricultural activities, especially kharif sowing.

Strong Monsoon, Kharif Sowing Boost Tractor Demand

The robust sales performance coincides with a promising monsoon season, which has led to increased Kharif sowing activity across the country compared to previous year estimates. This surge in agricultural activity has positively impacted tractor demand, particularly for machines designed to suit diverse crop and soil conditions.

Advanced Manufacturing and Farmer-Centric Engineering

Sonalika’s commitment to innovation and quality is reflected in its fully integrated manufacturing facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, touted as the world’s No. 1 tractor plant. The facility rolls out a new tractor every two minutes and integrates advanced robotic and automation technologies to ensure high production standards.

With over 400 skilled engineering specialists, the company continuously incorporates detailed farmer feedback to develop technologically advanced, reliable tractors tailored to specific agricultural needs.
