Mumbai, September 10: The Steamhouse India IPO saw increased bidding on its second day of subscription. The ₹414 crore bookbuilding issue comprises a fresh issue of 4.36 crore shares worth ₹353 crore and an offer for sale of 75.31 lakh shares worth ₹61 crore. The IPO opened on September 9 2026 and will close on September 11 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹77 to ₹81 per share.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Steamhouse India is raising ₹414 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh issue comprises 4.36 crore shares aggregating to ₹353 crore, while the OFS consists of 75.31 lakh shares worth ₹61 crore.
The IPO price band is ₹77 to ₹81 per share. The lot size is 185 shares, making the minimum retail investment ₹14,985 at the upper end of the price band.
The issue has been reserved across QIB, NII and Retail categories, with 50% of the total issue allocated to QIBs, 15% to NIIs and 35% to Retail investors. Anchor investors account for 30% of the total issue, with the remaining QIB portion reserved for investors other than anchors.
Equris Capital Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar to the issue. Steamhouse India shares are scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE on September 17 2026.
