Mumbai, September 11: The Steamhouse India IPO saw a sharp rise in bidding on the final day of the issue. The ₹414 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 4.36 crore shares worth ₹353 crore and an offer for sale of 75.31 lakh shares aggregating to ₹61 crore. The issue opened for subscription on September 9 and will close on September 11, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹77 to ₹81 per share.

The Steamhouse India IPO was subscribed 32.07 times overall by 5:15:02 PM on September 11, 2026, based on the shares offered across investor categories.
The NII category recorded the highest subscription among the main investor segments, followed closely by QIBs excluding the anchor portion. The Retail category also received bids for several times the shares reserved for the segment.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh recorded a subscription of 45.23 times, while the portion for applications below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 49.33 times. The Retail category received bids for 31,81,05,465 shares against 1,78,88,889 shares offered.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Steamhouse India is raising ₹414 crore through its IPO. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 4.36 crore shares aggregating to ₹353 crore and an offer for sale of 75.31 lakh shares worth ₹61 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹77 to ₹81 per share, with a face value of ₹2 per share and a lot size of 185 shares. A retail investor applying for one lot at the upper end of the price band would need ₹14,985.
The IPO opened on September 9, 2026, and is scheduled to close on September 11, 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026. Equirus Capital Ltd. is the book running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
