Subex secured a five-year contract worth around USD 1.93 million with a North African telecom operator to modernise revenue assurance and fraud management operations.

Mumbai, May 21: Subex Ltd secured a five-year engagement with a leading telecom operator in North Africa to modernise its revenue assurance and fraud management operations, according to an exchange filing.
The company said the contract involves deployment of its HyperSense platform, an AI-first business assurance and fraud management solution designed to improve operational agility, strengthen fraud detection and enhance revenue protection.
According to the disclosure, the engagement value is around USD 1.93 million and the services will span a period of five years.
Subex stated that the telecom operator would transition from ROC to the HyperSense platform as part of the engagement. The deployment includes advanced AI and machine learning-driven fraud management capabilities, workflow automation, enhanced analytics and visualisation systems.
The company added that the engagement reflects expansion of its long-standing relationship with the North African telecom operator.

The company stated that HyperSense combines modular data management, analytics, process automation and AI-driven intelligence capabilities to support telecom operators in responding to evolving fraud risks and operational requirements.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Nisha Dutt stated that telecom operators increasingly require intelligent and adaptive systems capable of responding to evolving fraud threats in real time.
Subex added that its product portfolio also includes partner ecosystem management, revenue leakage prevention and AI-native fraud management platforms deployed across more than 100 countries.
Contract Strengthens International Telecom Presence
The latest engagement is expected to strengthen Subex’s footprint in the North African telecom market and reinforce its positioning within AI-led telecom business assurance solutions.
The company stated that the deployment would help enable secure, intelligent and fraud-free digital ecosystems for telecom operators while improving operational efficiency through automation and analytics-driven monitoring.
