Mumbai, August 19: Sunshine Pictures IPO saw a marked rise in subscription on the second day of bidding, with the ₹282.14 crore issue subscribed 7.97 times as of 11:04:57 AM on August 19, 2026.

The demand has been led by non-institutional investors (NIIs), whose portion was subscribed 13.10 times. Retail investors had bid for 10.30 times the shares reserved for the category. QIB participation, excluding the anchor portion, remained at 0.05 times so far.

Th e Sunshine Pictures IPO opened for subscription on August 18 and will close on August 20, 2026. The price band is ₹342 to ₹360 per share, while the lot size is 41 shares. A retail investor applying for one lot at the upper end of the price band needs ₹14,760.

As of 11:04:57 AM on August 19, investors had bid for 4,37,21,990 shares against 54,86,051 shares offered to the public. This took the overall subscription to 7.97 times.

Sunshine Pictures operates in the pictures and entertainment business. The issue includes a reservation of 54,860 shares for eligible employees, offered at a discount of ₹5 per share to the issue price.

GYR Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.

The IPO will close on August 20. The basis of allotment is scheduled for August 21, followed by refunds and credit of shares on August 24. The shares are scheduled to list on NSE and BSE on August 25, 2026.
