Mumbai , August 26: The Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO continued to attract bids on the third day of the issue, taking its overall subscription to 2.26 times by the end of August 26, 2026.

The public issue received bids for 2,81,40,405 shares against 1,24,60,533 shares on offer, according to the latest subscription data. The issue had also received 8,84,476 applications by 10:19:53 AM on Day 3.

The NII category remained the strongest part of the issue, with subscription reaching 3.87 times. Retail investors also showed solid interest, taking their portion to 2.52 times. The employee category was subscribed 3.51 times, while the QIB portion continued to trail at 0.57 times.

The Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO opened on August 24, 2026, and the bidding window will close on August 27, 2026.

The sNII category recorded the highest subscription among the investor groups at 5.15 times. The bNII segment followed at 3.23 times, while the overall NII category stood at 3.87 times.

Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO Day 3 Subscription Details

The NII portion received bids for 1,03,06,410 shares, compared with 26,62,955 shares reserved for the category. This translated into a subscription of 3.87 times.

Within the NII segment, the sNII portion was subscribed 5.15 times, receiving bids for 45,69,780 shares against 8,87,652 shares offered.

The bNII category was subscribed 3.23 times, with bids coming in for 57,36,630 shares against 17,75,303 shares available.

Retail investors also maintained a strong pace of bidding. The retail category received bids for 1,56,79,830 shares against 62,13,562 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 2.52 times.

The employee portion saw bids for 1,17,315 shares against 33,408 shares reserved for employees. This took the employee subscription to 3.51 times.

The QIB category remained below full subscription. It received bids for 20,36,850 shares against 35,50,608 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.57 times.

Overall subscription has risen from 0.85 times on Day 1 to 1.95 times on Day 2 and 2.26 times on Day 3.

The numbers show a steady rise in demand from NII and retail investors. The overall subscription more than doubled between Day 1 and Day 2, before moving higher to 2.26 times on Day 3.

At the same time, QIB participation has remained relatively muted, moving from 0.37 times on Day 1 to 0.57 times on Day 2 and staying at that level on Day 3.

Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO Price Band and Lot Size

Symbiotec Pharmalab has fixed its IPO price band at ₹938 to ₹988 per share. The lot size is 15 shares, putting the minimum retail investment at ₹14,820 at the upper end of the price band.

For small HNI investors, the minimum application is 210 shares, which requires an investment of ₹2,07,480 at the upper price.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of 15,21,261 shares, aggregating to around ₹150 crore, along with an offer for sale of 1,62,65,181 shares worth around ₹1,607 crore.

The total issue size stands at 1,77,86,442 shares, aggregating to approximately ₹1,757 crore at the upper end of the price band.

The shares are proposed to list on both the BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date set for September 1, 2026.

Of the total issue size of 1,77,86,442 shares, the company has allocated 88,76,517 shares to QIBs, representing 50% of the net issue.

The NII category has been allotted 26,62,955 shares, or 15% of the net issue, while 62,13,562 shares have been reserved for retail investors, representing 35%.

A separate reservation of 33,408 shares has been made for eligible employees.

The company had also raised approximately ₹526.20 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO. The anchor portion comprised 53,25,909 shares.
