Syrma SGS’ Net Profit in June Quarter Up by 157.5%

Gurugram, July 23, 2025 – Syrma SGS Technology Ltd (NSE: SYRMA, BSE: 543573) announced its Q1 FY26 standalone results, reporting a decline in revenue but sharp increase in profitability. Revenue from operations fell 18.6% year-on-year to ₹943.98 crore from ₹1,159.97 crore in Q1 FY25. Despite the drop in top-line performance, EBITDA increased 78% YoY to ₹95.70 crore, with EBITDA margins expanding to approximately 10% from 4.6% a year earlier. Net profit also increased 157.5% YoY to ₹49.70 crore compared to ₹19.30 crore in the same quarter last year. The sharp improvement in margins and profitability is attributed to strong cost controls and operational efficiency, the company said.

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd reported a net profit of ₹267.51 crore in Q1FY26, a sharp rise from ₹27.26 crore in Q1FY25, despite a sequential decline from ₹321.86 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹5,617.47 crore, down YoY but up 20.7% QoQ. Total expenses and income also fell compared to the year-ago quarter. EPS improved to ₹1.50 from ₹0.15 in Q1FY25.
