Ahmedabad | May 26, 2025- The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) has granted Taylormade Renewables Ltd. (BSE: 541228) the Consent to Operate (CTO). The company’s Build-Own-Operate (BOO) wastewater treatment plant in Tarapur, which it developed under Taylormade Enviro Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL), is the subject of the permit.

Plant Overview & Strategic Impact

The Tarapur facility of the company treats highly toxic and complex industrial effluents. The plant has processed over 3,00,000 litres of hazardous wastewater using the proprietary high-efficiency systems with zero liquid discharge capability.

The plant is entirely built under the Make in India initiative.

Financial Highlights & Outlook

The Tarapur plant has many long-term service contracts. It is expected to generate topline revenue of ₹100 crore.

The company also confirmed that this milestone reinforces its broader BOO strategy, with upcoming deployments at Dahej and Sayakha, two of India’s key industrial zones. These expansions will significantly accelerate TRL’s national footprint in industrial wastewater management.

Regulatory Compliance

The company made the disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company communication was signed by Director Neera D Gor.
