LONDON | MUMBAI, June 3, 2025 — Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has announced the extension of its long-standing partnership with Virgin Atlantic for another seven years, focused on transforming the airline’s core operations using AI-led and cloud-first digital solutions.
Strategic Partnership Overview
The renewed collaboration builds on a 20-year relationship between TCS and Virgin Atlantic. Under the new agreement, TCS will modernize Virgin Atlantic’s technology stack to improve business agility, operational resilience, and customer experience through:
- Implementation of a cloud-first, AI-powered digital core
- Establishment of a Technology Command Centre, co-developed by TCS
- Deployment of real-time operational insights to empower decision-making and frontline services
