Sydney/Mumbai, September 16, 2025Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has announced a multi-year partnership with ARN Media, one of the largest audit-based entertainment companies based in Australia. The strategic partnership between the two companies aims at improving and transforming the technology backbone and business operations of the Australian entertainment enterprise.

At 02:00 PM, the TCS stock surged by 0.53% (₹3128.30) with a healthy traded volume (over 14 lakh shares traded valued at ₹439 crore). After today’s surge, the stock has risen by close to 4% in the past month. The company has a lower P/E ratio (22.85) as compared to the sectoral average (26.10).

Partnership Highlights

The collaboration aims to improve and streamline the Australian company’s IT and business procedures by integrating automation, optimizing global delivery, and enhancing the current database to a cloud-first model. TCS will be responsible for delivering technology, media and finance operations improvement services, including design and development of enterprise applications, IT infrastructure support, helpdesk management, and rationalisation of applications.

TCS will also be carrying out processes to automate manual processes across key business function,s including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and accounting.

Executive Commentary

The representatives of both companies have expressed the hope of achieving greater heights for ARN Media as their internal processes will be improved and digitalised. Ciaran Davis, CEO of ARN Media, said the partnership will help build a leaner, more agile organization focused on content delivery and digital growth. He added that ARN’s ambition is to strengthen its position as Australia’s leading All Audio company by growing audiences across platforms and enhancing commercial performance.

Akhilesh Tiwari, President of Communications, Media and Information Services at TCS, emphasized that the transformation will drive efficiency, enable faster data-driven decision-making, and create a resilient, future-ready digital foundation for ARN Media.

Vikram Singh, Country Head of TCS for Australia & New Zealand, noted that the collaboration will modernize core systems and help ARN deepen audience engagement across the country.

ARN Media connects over 8 million Australians weekly through its 58 radio stations across 33 markets, 46 digital audio broadcasting stations, and podcasts that attract 6.8 million listeners monthly with more than 2.9 million registered users.
