Tera Software Gets Rs 950 Crore Order from BSNL

Tera Software Limited has formally revised its disclosure regarding a major government-backed telecom infrastructure project, confirming its participation as a consortium partner in a ₹1,901 crore Advance Work Order (AWO) issued by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) under the BharatNet Phase-3 initiative.
Key Contract Highlights
The awarded AWO pertains to the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the Middle Mile network across Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Manipur (Package No. 15). The order was placed upon ITI Limited, a public sector unit under the Department of Telecommunications, with Tera Software acting as a 50% consortium partner.

Strategic Significance
This development is part of the larger BharatNet Phase-3 initiative, aimed at digitally connecting over 2.5 lakh Gram Panchayats across India through a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) model under the Digital Bharat Nidhi (DBN) framework.
Cumulative Order Book Strengthened
Tera Software further disclosed that, including this latest mandate, the total orders received through BSNL in consortium with ITI Ltd have reached ₹7,005 crore. Tera’s cumulative share, at 50%, now amounts to approximately ₹3,502.5 crore.

The official filing was signed off by Company Secretary Ch. Mallikarjuna, reiterating compliance with NSE advisories and SEBI’s disclosure regulations. This revised intimation supersedes the earlier disclosure made on May 6, 2025.
