Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has received a significant order valued at ₹140.55 crore from the Ministry of Railways, marking another strategic win in its core rolling stock segment.

According to the official exchange filing dated May 29, the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) issued a Letter of Acceptance (LOA No. 2025/RS(1)/954/2TC) on May 28, 2025, awarding Texmaco Rail the contract to manufacture and supply 8 rakes of Flat Multi-Purpose Wagons. The execution timeline for this order is six months from the award date.
