Ahmedabad, 16 Feb, 2026:Torrent Power Limited announced an interim dividend of ₹15 per equity share for FY 2025-26 following the declaration of its Q3 FY26 financial results.
The decision was taken at the Board meeting held on 10 February 2026, where the company also approved its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26. The dividend will be payable to shareholders as per the record date set on 16 February 2026.

The company has fixed today, Monday, February 16, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility. The interim dividend will be paid to members whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the records of NSDL and CDSL as beneficial owners on the record date. The dividend amount is scheduled to be remitted on or before March 12, 2026.

The company reported revenue from operations of ₹6,778 crore, compared with ₹6,499 crore in the year-ago period, registering a 4.3% growth. EBITDA for Q3FY26 stood at ₹1,472 crore, up 15% from ₹1,284 crore reported in Q3FY25. The company reported net profits for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, of ₹655 Crore, a 34% increase when compared to net profits of ₹489 Crore for the same quarter last year. For the first 9 months of FY26, Torrent Power had cumulative revenues of ₹22,560 Crore and cumulative net profits after tax of ₹2,138 Crore.
