Triton Valves signed a five-year Letter of Agreement with US-based Sensata Technologies to supply TPMS valves, with potential revenue of ₹100-110 crore over the contract period.

Mumbai, July 31: Triton Valves Ltd. has signed a five-year Letter of Agreement (LOA) with Sensata Technologies Inc., a US-based automotive sensor and technology company, to supply Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) valves, marking another step in the company’s expansion into global automotive components.
According to the exchange filing, the agreement covers the supply of TPMS valve parts for an initial period of five years and carries a potential revenue opportunity of approximately ₹100 crore to ₹110 crore over the contract tenure.
The agreement is expected to become operational from Calendar Year 2027, with sales scheduled to commence in the first quarter of FY2027. Since the arrangement is structured as a Letter of Agreement rather than a one-time purchase order, the actual business will accrue over several years based on customer requirements.
Sensata Technologies is a global supplier of sensors and electrical protection solutions serving automotive, aerospace and heavy vehicle manufacturers. Winning a nomination from such a customer strengthens Triton Valves’ position in the global TPMS supply chain and could pave the way for additional business in the future.
The company also said it plans to enhance its manufacturing capacity to meet the customer’s expected requirements, indicating that the agreement could support long-term capacity utilisation and business growth.
International Order Adds Long-Term Revenue Visibility
Unlike conventional order announcements that involve immediate execution, this agreement provides visibility over a longer horizon. The estimated contract value of ₹100-110 crore is spread across five years, giving Triton Valves a steady pipeline of potential revenue instead of a single lump-sum order.
The customer is an international entity, and the company clarified that the transaction is not a related-party transaction and that its promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
For investors, the significance lies less in the immediate revenue contribution and more in the validation of Triton Valves’ capabilities by a global automotive technology company. Such nominations often strengthen supplier relationships and can improve opportunities for future platform wins.
Stock Market Snapshot
Investors reacted positively to the announcement in early trade.
As of 9:24 AM IST on July 31, 2026, Triton Valves share price was trading at ₹1,045.00, reflecting gains after the company disclosed the international supply agreement with Sensata Technologies.
While the financial benefits will accrue over multiple years rather than immediately, the market appeared to welcome the improved long-term revenue visibility and the addition of a globally recognised customer.
Company Background
Triton Valves manufactures tyre valves, TPMS components and related automotive products, supplying customers across domestic and international markets. The company has been steadily expanding its presence in the fast-growing TPMS segment, which is seeing increased adoption as vehicle safety regulations become more stringent worldwide.
Its focus on technology-led products and export markets has positioned the company to participate in the broader shift toward connected and safety-oriented automotive systems.
Conclusion
The five-year agreement with Sensata Technologies is more than just another order announcement. It represents a strategic customer win that strengthens Triton Valves’ global credentials and provides a meaningful stream of potential business over the coming years.
Although revenue will build gradually from 2027 onward, the agreement enhances earnings visibility and underscores the company’s growing role in the international automotive supply chain. Investors will now watch for execution milestones and further customer nominations as Triton Valves continues to expand its TPMS business.
