Mumbai, November 17, 2025: Udayshivakumar Infra Limited shares gained nearly 13% after reporting a strong turnaround in its Q2 FY26 performance. The company was listed on April 3, 2023. It operates in a broader infrastructure development sector.

Q2 FY26 Results Spark Buying Interest

For Q2 FY26, the company reported a net profit of ₹18.61 lakh, a sharp turnaround from the ₹772.83 lakh loss in the previous quarter and the ₹429.09 lakh loss a year earlier. Revenue moderated on both YoY and QoQ bases, but tighter cost controls, favourable inventory movements, and lower construction expenses drove the strong profit recovery.

Half-Year Performance

For H1 FY26, Udayshivakumar Infra Limited posted a total income of Rs. 11,618.17 lakhs. Whereas in the same period last year, the company recorded Rs. 13,249.90 lakhs. The company recorded a net loss of Rs. 691.22 lakhs compared with Rs. 245.83 lakhs recorded in the same period last year.

Why the Stock Is Up Today?

The company has improved its cost discipline across construction, employees and depreciation expenses, which further supported the investor sentiment. Investors reacted to the clear profit, which was recovered, reversing two consecutive loss-making quarters. The stock was traded actively throughout the day, with buy orders outpacing sell orders.
