Mumbai, May 20: Vdeal System Ltd has secured a new domestic work order worth ₹21.97 lakh from BPC Infraprojects for the supply of power distribution systems, according to an exchange filing submitted with the National Stock Exchange.

The company said the purchase order carries a total contract value of ₹21,97,160 and relates to supply activities within the power distribution segment.

According to the disclosure, the order is scheduled to be executed on or before July 31, 2026.

Vdeal System further clarified that the transaction does not involve related party arrangements and that promoters or promoter group entities do not hold any interest in the awarding company.

The disclosure was filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
