Vinati Organics to Invest ₹41.03 Crore in Veeral Organics

Vinati Organics Ltd will make an additional investment of ₹41.03 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd (VOPL) to enhance its presence in the fine chemicals segment.
Strategic Investment in VOPL
The company, in a regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, said it has subscribed to 4,10,25,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each of VOPL. The investment was through a rights issue, and the new shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the subsidiary.
