Mumbai, June 11: Vipul Organics announced an exclusive European distribution partnership with Switzerland-based Omya Group for its pigment and dye product portfolio across multiple European markets.

According to the company’s press release submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Omya will act as the sole distributor for Vipul Organics’ SunTone and SunCota product ranges across several European territories.

The agreement covers distribution rights in markets including the United Kingdom, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Moldova, excluding Switzerland and Poland.

Vipul Organics stated that the partnership is aimed at strengthening its global footprint and accelerating international penetration in the specialty chemicals segment.

The company noted that its pigment products cater to applications across paints, inks, plastics, textiles, rubber, coatings and detergents, while also serving automotive coatings and industrial applications.

Management said the arrangement would combine Vipul Organics’ manufacturing and product expertise with Omya’s established distribution network and regional warehousing infrastructure across Europe.
