Mumbai, June 8: Voltas has announced a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.

According to the exchange filing, the dividend will be paid on equity shares having a face value of ₹1 each. The company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders.

Voltas said the dividend payment will be made on or after Friday, July 3, 2026. The company also informed investors that details related to tax deduction on dividend are available on its website.

Stock Market Snapshot

Voltas shares were under pressure in early trade on June 8, 2026, despite the dividend announcement.

As of 9:26 am IST, the stock was trading at ₹1,284.20 on the NSE, down 1.09% or ₹14.10 compared to the previous close of ₹1,298.30.

The Voltas share price opened lower and remained weak during the morning session as investors tracked broader market sentiment along with company-specific developments.

Conclusion

The dividend declaration keeps Voltas in focus ahead of the record date later this month. Investors are expected to monitor shareholder approval at the AGM and the timeline for dividend payout.

Even as the company announced the cash reward for shareholders, the stock traded lower in the opening hours of the session in line with broader market weakness.
