Management Commentary
Managing Director Mr. Yogesh Sahni stated:
“FY25 has been a landmark year marked by robust revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and strengthened financial metrics. Return on Equity rose from 11.56% to 18.4%, and ROCE increased from 12.4% to 16.1%. In recognition of this performance, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per share.”
