XTGlobal Infotech Q2 Net Profit Rises to ₹344.13 Lakh; Board Declares Interim Dividend of ₹0.05 Per Share

Hyderabad, November 13, 2025: XTGlobal Infotech Limited has announced the financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company has also declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2026.

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights

XTGlobal reported a total income of ₹9,429.95 lakh in Q2 FY26, up from ₹9,236.61 lakh in Q1 FY26. Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹8,997.44 lakh, compared with ₹8,824.93 lakh in the previous quarter and ₹4,614.09 lakh in the same period last year, reflecting the company’s continued operational scale-up.

The company’s PBT was recorded at ₹432.51 lakh. This is up from ₹411.68 lakh in Q1 FY26. And it was ₹358.08 lakh during the year-ago period. Net profit after tax was recorded at ₹344.13 lakh. This is lower than the ₹373.54 lakh last quarter. And the same was recorded as ₹271.15 lakh a year ago.

Interim Dividend

The company’s board has announced an interim dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share. The face value of each share is ₹1 for FY26. November 21, 2025, is the set record date, and the shares will be paid within the prescribed timeline.

Share Price Update

The share price of XTGlobal Infotech Limited closed with a 0.30% dip on Thursday. In the last year, the company’s shares have dipped 10%, gained 15% in the year-to-date, and gained 2.79% in the last 5 days. The company’s shares opened at ₹41.25, hit a high of ₹43.70, and a low of 39.95.
