Yatra Online Signs Seven-Year Kanoo Travel Partnership; Shares Rise 0.41%

Mumbai, July 13: Yatra Online Ltd. has signed a seven-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bahrain-based Kanoo Travel to deploy its enterprise travel and expense management platform across the Middle East, marking the company’s first major expansion into the region.

The agreement brings together Yatra, its wholly owned subsidiary Yatra Middle East LLC, Kanoo Global Travel Holding Ltd. and Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Holding Co. B.S.C. Under the partnership, Kanoo Travel will offer Yatra’s enterprise platform to corporate customers, integrating travel booking, expense management, policy compliance and analytics.

As part of the arrangement, Yatra will establish a 24×7 Global Operations Centre to support Kanoo Travel’s customer-facing teams across the Middle East. The company said the partnership is intended to create a scalable operating model for enterprise clients while strengthening its international presence.

The MoU does not disclose a contract value, and Yatra said the size of the agreement is not quantifiable at this stage.
