Bengaluru, August 5, 2025 – Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd (NSE: BLACKBUCK, BSE: 544288) reported strong financial performance for Q1FY26. The significant uptick in both revenues and profitability, is supported by robust expansion in its growth businesses and consistent performance of its core offerings.

Key Financial Highlights

  • Total Income stood at ₹159.56 crore, up 62.3% YoY from ₹98.33 crore and 16.7% higher QoQ from ₹136.76 crore.
  • Revenue from Operations rose to ₹143.61 crore, reflecting a 55.8% YoY growth from ₹92.17 crore and a 17.9% QoQ increase over ₹121.83 crore. Core Segment (Payments & Telematics) revenue came in at ₹120.26 crore, registering a 40.6% YoY rise from ₹85.52 crore and a 7.7% QoQ increase from ₹111.66 crore. Growth Businesses’ revenue surged to ₹23.35 crore, up 251.5% YoY from ₹6.64 crore and 129.7% QoQ from ₹10.16 crore.
  • Adjusted EBITDA climbed sharply to ₹47.21 crore, showing a 290.3% YoY growth from ₹12.10 crore and a 21.8% QoQ increase over ₹38.77 crore.
  • EBITDA stood at ₹40.40 crore, a rise of 388.6% YoY from ₹8.27 crore and 1.4% QoQ from ₹39.86 crore.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 17.5% YoY to ₹33.70 crore from ₹28.67 crore, but declined 87.9% QoQ from ₹280.17 crore.

*Note: Q4FY25 PAT included one-off exceptional items, resulting in a high base for sequential comparison.

Operational Metrics

  • Transacting truck operators rose to 7.83 lakh in Q1FY26 from 6.88 lakh in Q1FY25, marking a year-on-year growth of 13.87%.
  • The number of users availing two or more services increased 24.23% YoY to 3.86 lakh, up from 3.11 lakh in the same quarter last year.
  • Average daily app usage climbed to 43.8 minutes from 41.5 minutes, registering a 5.54% increase.
  • Gross transaction value (GTV) from the payments segment stood at ₹6,847.46 crore in Q1FY26, up 27.84% from ₹5,356.2 crore a year ago.
  • The total number of payment transactions grew 23.75% YoY to 15.88 crore, compared to 12.83 crore in Q1FY25.

Business Performance & Commentary

Zinka’s robust revenue growth was driven by the continued scale-up of its growth verticals, particularly the newly launched ‘SuperLoads’, which transitioned the marketplace from a classified-based to a transactional load booking model. This contributed significantly to the 251.52% YoY surge in revenue from growth businesses.

The company’s core payments and telematics business also recorded a healthy 40.62% YoY growth, reflecting increased digitization and deeper adoption of digital tools among small truck operators.

Adjusted EBITDA margin rose sharply from 13.1% to 35.8% YoY, highlighting enhanced efficiency and cost leverage. Contribution margins remained steady at 92.68%.

Profitability Turnaround

Over the past two years, Zinka has transitioned from a loss-making position (Adjusted EBITDA of ₹ 10.71 Cr in Q1FY24) to consistent profitability, reporting its highest-ever quarterly adjusted EBITDA in Q1FY26 at ₹47.21 Crore.

Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹47.21 crore in Q1FY26, compared to ₹12.10 crore in Q1FY25 and a loss of ₹10.71 crore in Q1FY24. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 35.8% in Q1FY26, up from 13.1% in Q1FY25 and -18.0% in Q1FY24.

Zinka Logistics Solutions shares closed at ₹505, which is a 7.4% gain on August 5, 2025. Zinka Logistics Solutions shares have gained 94% in the last year, 10% in the year-to-date, and 17% in the previous month.
