Zo͏di͏ac Energy L͏td Sign Agreement with Amanta Healthcare for 10.8 MW Solar Power Plant in Gujarat͏ 

Mumbai, 02 January 202͏6: Zodiac Energy Pvt Ltd has on Friday disclosed that it͏ has it signed an agreement with Amanta Healthcare Limited for setting up a 10.8 MWp solar power plant in the Kheda district of Gujarat to generate electricity ͏for captive consumption. The disclosure has been made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 

Zodiac Energy Limited is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is a renewable energy company mainly dealing in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of solar power projects. Zodiac provides solutions for industrial and commercial consumers throughout India with their rooftop, ground-mounted and captive solar projects. 

10.͏8͏ ͏MWp Solar Agreement Driving Captive Power Generation in Gujarat 

The company informed the exchange that it has entered into an agreement with Amanta Healthcare from 02 January 2026 for the setting up of a 10.8 MWp solar power plant at Village Baroda, Taluka Matar, District Kheda, Gujarat. The solar camp site is to be developed for captive power generation only, and the execution shall be on mutually agreed terms between both parties. Zodiac Energy further clarified that the agreement is only for the execution of the project and does not include any equity stake or board representation. 

No Related Pa͏rty Transaction, No Shareholding an͏d No Promoter Linkage 

Zodiac Energy has further stated that it does not hold any shares in Amanta Healthcare Limited and that both are not connected to the promoters or promoter group of the company. The Company further confirmed that the sale is not a related party transaction and that no shares are to be issued. The press release also clarified that there are no potential conflicts of interest arising from the agreement and that, as of the date of execution, there has been no amendment or termination. 

Zodiac Energy Shares Price Close Higher, Gaining 1.41%  

On the NSE, the share price of Zodiac Energy closed at ₹305.90, marking a gain of ₹4.25 or 1.41% for the day. The sto͏ck opened at ₹308.͏95, reached an intraday high of ₹309.95, and a low of͏ ₹299͏.40. The company’s market cap st͏ood at͏ ₹462.63 cro͏re, with a P/E ratio of ͏22.69. T͏he st͏ock’s 52-week hig͏h ͏is ₹͏560.00 and 52-week͏ low is ₹287.10͏.
