Zodiac Energy Q2 FY25 Profit Rises 6.9% YoY To ₹266.35 Lakh; Stock Jumps 0.12%

Ahmedabad, November 12, 2025: Zodiac Energy Limited’s share price rose following the company’s steady growth in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The stock closed at ₹384.20, up 0.12% from the previous day, after trading between ₹383 and ₹402.90 during Wednesday’s session.

The company reported a 6.9% year-on-year increase in net profit, which stood at ₹266.35 lakh, up from ₹249.09 lakh in Q2 FY24. On a sequential basis, net profit grew 1.6% from ₹262.06 lakh in Q1 FY25.

Key Financial Highlights

The Company had a good quarter, with total income up 83.5% YoY to ₹9,708.17 lakh, although it slightly fell from the last quarter. Expenses rose considerably, but profit after tax also grew 6.9% to ₹266.35 lakh. For the first half of FY25, the total income was 47.4% to ₹19,547.01 lakh, and net profit grew 9.7%, demonstrating steady growth and resilience.
