Surat, September 2, 2025 – Acutaas Chemicals Limited (NSE: ACUTAAS, BSE: 543349), previously Ami Organics Limited, has declared a final dividend of 30% for FY 2024-25, which equates to ₹1.50 per equity share of face value of ₹5 each.

The record date has been set by the company as Thursday, September 18, 2025, to establish the shareholder eligibility. The dividend shall be paid within 30 days of approval from the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2025.

Dividend Details

The firm has announced a 30% dividend for FY 2024-25 of ₹1.50 per share on each of the face value of ₹5. The record date is set for September 18, 2025, and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 25, 2025. Dividends will be paid within 30 days of the shareholders’ approval at the AGM.
