Surat, September 2, 2025 – Acutaas Chemicals Limited (NSE: ACUTAAS, BSE: 543349), previously Ami Organics Limited, has declared a final dividend of 30% for FY 2024-25, which equates to ₹1.50 per equity share of face value of ₹5 each.

The record date has been set by the company as Thursday, September 18, 2025, to establish the shareholder eligibility. The dividend shall be paid within 30 days of approval from the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2025.

Dividend Details

The firm has announced a 30% dividend for FY 2024-25 of ₹1.50 per share on each of the face value of ₹5. The record date is set for September 18, 2025, and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 25, 2025. Dividends will be paid within 30 days of the shareholders’ approval at the AGM.

Dividend History

The firm has had a consistent dividend payout record in the last four years. For FY 2024-25, it has announced a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (30%) on a face value of ₹5, with September 18, 2025, as the record date. During the last three years, the dividend was stable at ₹3.00 per share announced in FY 2023-24 (ex-date: September 13, 2024), FY 2022-23 (ex-date: September 18, 2023), and FY 2021-22 (ex-date: July 29, 2022), all on the same face value of ₹5.

Note: The company also issued a stock split on April 25, 2025, lowering the face value from ₹10 to ₹5 per share.
