Ahmedabad, October 8, 2025Adani Enterprises Ltd (NSE: ADANIENT, BSE: 512599) has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹3,000 crore, to be raised in one or more tranches through private placement, public issue, or other permissible routes. The proposal was cleared at the company’s board meeting held earlier today, which began at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:32 p.m.

Board Decision Highlights

Adani Enterprises Ltd plans to raise to ₹3,000 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). Either through private placement, public issue, QIP, or preferential allotment, the fundraising shall be carried out, subject to market conditions.

The debentures will be listed on the BSE and/or the NSE and can be offered as secured or unsecured debentures, as the company decides. Proceeds will be used to aid continuous business growth and general financing requirements, and the offer is likely to be made in one or more tranches. Definitive terms, such as the coupon rate, tenure, and repayment schedule, shall be determined by the Board or a special committee. The transaction supports the financing flexibility of Adani Enterprises in furthering its diversified growth plans across the segments in the infrastructure and new business sectors.

Adani Enterprises Ltd ended the session at ₹2,525, down by 0.68%, on October 8, 2025. Adani Enterprise Ltd began the day’s trade at ₹2,562.00, and the intraday levels varied between the high at ₹2,565.00 and the low at ₹2,500.00. The market capitalization is ₹2.91 lakh crore. It has a P/E ratio of 41.69. It currently offers a dividend yield of 0.051%, with the last quarterly dividend paid at ₹0.322 per share. Over the last year, the price per share has ranged from a high of ₹ 3,211.00 to a low of ₹ 2,025.00 within the last 52 weeks.
