Adroit Infotech Lands ₹29 Crore ISP Order; Stock Climbs Over 3%

Mumbai, September 16, 2025 – Adroit Infotech Limited (NSE: ADROITINFO, BSE: 532172) announced its subsidiary Verso Altima India Pvt Ltd has secured an order for ₹29 crore from a leading domestic Internet Service Provider. The five-year order, issued under law on September 10, 2025, will be for end-to-end application maintenance and support services offered under onsite and offshore models.

Stock Market Response

Adroit Infotech shares increased 3.17 percent on the news, before closing at ₹10.74 from the previous close of ₹10.41. The stock intrasession high was ₹11.25 and the intrasession low was ₹10.10. Market capitalisation was at ₹58.40 crore, supported by a delivery percentage of nearly 69 percent, indicating good investor interest.

Contract Details

The transaction is regarding providing functional and technical assistance to the client’s business, boosting Adroit Infotech’s stature in enterprise IT services. The company confirmed that the transaction does not include any related-party dealings and would be finished completely within normal business operations. Management called the victory a landmark that boosts its competitive stature in the domestic IT services sector.
