Apana Logistics' SME IPO To Open On Sept 7; To Raise Rs 34.14-crore Via Public Issue

New Delhi, Sep 5: Apana Logistics Ltd, which provides logistics support for container handling and transportation, will launch its initial public offering on September 7 to raise Rs 34.14 crore for supporting its growth initiatives, according to a statement.
The Kolkata-based logistics company has fixed the issue price at Rs 60 per share for its IPO, which will open on September 7 and conclude on September 9, according to a statement.
The company’s shares will list on the BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed on September 15. The initial public offering (IPO) is entirely a fresh issue of 56.90 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 34.14 crore.
The net proceeds from the fresh issue worth Rs 25 crore will be used by the company to fund its capital expenditure requirement towards purchase of reach stackers, and the remaining balance for general corporate purposes and issue expenses.
Pratyaksh Sureka, Chairman and Managing Director at Apana Logistics said the fresh capital will support our business requirements and growth initiatives, while enabling us to further strengthen our operational capabilities.
“We remain focused on delivering sustainable growth, enhancing our service capabilities and creating long term value for our stakeholders,” he added.
In FY26, the company reported a total revenue of Rs 31.06 crore and profit after tax of Rs 5.86 crore.
Incorporated in January 1992, Apana Logistics Limited is engaged in the business of providing logistics support for container handling and transportation.
The company provides a diversified range of logistics services, including container handling at CFSs, ICDs and ports, road transportation, cargo handling at third-party warehouses, and operation and maintenance of truck-trailers and reach stackers..
Corporate Makers Capital Ltd is the sole book-running lead manager for the IPO.
