New Delhi: Realty firm Aurum PropTech Ltd on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 45.18 crore for the quarter ended June, mainly due to gains from the sale of two commercial buildings in Navi Mumbai.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 10.02 crore in the year-ago period.

Its total income rose to Rs 119.01 crore in the April-June quarter of 2026-27 from Rs 73.88 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

During the full preceding 2025-26 fiscal, Mumbai-based Aurum PropTech had posted a net profit of Rs 0.72 crore and a total income of Rs 412.43 crore.

In March, the company had sold two buildings in Navi Mumbai for Rs 112 crore. The deal concluded in the June quarter.

“During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the balance gain of Rs 52.35 crore has been recognised as Other Income from discontinued operations, and the sale transaction is concluded,” the filing said.

Aurum PropTech owns and operates various platforms — NestAway, HelloWorld, Aurum Analytica, Sell.do, and PropTiger. These are in the business of rentals, coliving, data analytics, sales automation, and digital transactions.

Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of Aurum PropTech, said: “Q1 FY27 marks a defining start to the year for Aurum PropTech. We delivered our third consecutive profitable quarter, demonstrating that disciplined execution, improving unit economics and capital-efficient growth can coexist”.

He described the recent acquisition of 100 per cent of Housing.com as a transformative milestone, bringing India’s leading real estate discovery platform into its ecosystem and forging a strategic alignment with Australia’s REA Group.

On July 16, Aurum PropTech announced the acquisition of real estate classified platform Housing.com for Rs 458 crore in an all-equity share swap transaction as part of its strategy to expand its business.

“The combination brings Housing.com’s trusted marketplace with over 58 million average monthly visits and 12 million monthly active users together with Aurum’s integrated transaction ecosystem, laying the foundation for India’s first AI-native real estate operating system,” Shetye said.

He said the company’s data analytics, transaction management and sales automation businesses delivered profitable AI-led growth while its co-living and family rental platforms achieved EBITDA profitability through stronger operational efficiency and greater scale.
