Awfis Space Solutions Q1 Profit Jumps Over 2-Fold to Rs 24cr, Revenue Rises to Rs 449cr

New Delhi: Realty firm Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has reported a more than two-fold increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 23.93 crore for the quarter ended June on better revenue amid rising demand of flexible managed office spaces.

Its profit was at Rs 10.03 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to Rs 448.87 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal from Rs 353.04 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Awfis has 251 coworking centres across 18 cities with 1.7 lakh seats. The overall portfolio occupancy was 76 per cent.
