Bajaj Hindustan Sugar Q1 Net Loss Widens to Rs 184.70 Cr

New Delhi: Bajaj Hindustan Sugar Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 184.70 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal on lower sales.
Net loss stood at Rs 174 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Total income declined to Rs 1,128.46 crore for the April-June period of the 2026-27 fiscal from Rs 1,251.83 crore in the same quarter of the preceding financial year.
Expenses remained lower at Rs 1,313.28 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 1,334.39 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company operates 14 sugar plants in Uttar Pradesh.
