Mumbai, November 18: Multiple listed companies including Banco Products, CARE Ratings, HUDCO, Jamna Auto, NBCC, Shipping Corporation of India, PPAP Automotive, Capitalnumbers Infotech, Capital Infra Trust, and Indowind Energy will turn ex-dividend or ex-rights on Wednesday, 19 November. The ex-dividend and the ex-rights date is the cut-off date before which investors must hold or buy the shares of these companies to be eligible for the dividend payout or the right issue. Hence, investors must hold or buy the shares of these companies by the end of today’s trading session to be eligible.

- Banco Products (India) Ltd declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share.
- CARE Ratings Ltd announced an interim dividend of ₹8 per share.
- Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per share.
- Jamna Auto Industries Ltd declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share.
- NBCC (India) Ltd announced an interim dividend of ₹0.21 per share.
- Capitalnumbers Infotech Ltd declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share.
- PPAP Automotive Ltd declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share.
- Shipping Corporation of India Ltd announced an interim dividend of ₹3 per share.
- Capital Infra Trust declared an income distribution, but the payout amount was not disclosed.
- Indowind Energy Ltd announced a rights issue with the same November 19 as the ex-rights date.
What’s Next for Investors?
The dividend announced by numerous companies is a welcome sign for investors as they will receive monetary rewards for the number of shares they hold. On the other hand, the rights issue by Indowind Energy will allow investors to buy the shares of the company at a discounted price. However, to benefit from these corporate actions, investors must hold or buy the shares of these companies by the end of today’s trading session.
