Bharat Forge to Set Up Advanced Ring Mill for Aerospace; Signs Supply Deal with Pratt & Whitney Canada

Pune, July 30, 2025 — Bharat Forge Ltd. (NSE: BHARATFORG, BSE: 500493), a global leader in precision engineering and forging, has announced the establishment of a state-of-the-art ring mill dedicated to aerospace applications. The new facility is part of its strategic expansion in the aerospace sector and follows a significant supply contract signed with Pratt & Whitney Canada for aero-engine components.
Bharat Forge Ltd Share Price Performance
The share price of Bharat Forge Ltd closed at 1,192.90, 2.25% lower than its previous close of 1220.40. The share opened at 1,225.50 and traded between 1,179.00 and 1,225.50, high to low, while the 52-week high is still marked at 1,771.20.
Strategic Expansion Into Aerospace Manufacturing
The new ring mill is designed to enhance Bharat Forge’s capacity to manufacture high-performance components for use in aerospace engines. The plant will be modern and meet the best practices in quality and traceability in the world. The plant will support both domestic and international aerospace programs, with operations scheduled to begin as early as 2026.
