Indore, September 18, 2025 – The shares of B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Ltd (BSE: BRGIL) surged by more than 4.5% in the early morning trade and reached ₹159.95 at 09:30 AM (+4.54% from the previous day’s close). The surge occurred after the company’s announcement of a critical jump in the open order book. The company reported that the order book has reached ₹1442.93 crore as of August 31, 2025 (more details later).

Founded in 2005, B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Ltd is an EPC and civil construction company with operations spanning roads, highways, bridges, wastewater treatment, and toll collection. The firm also operates a ready-mix concrete (RMC) unit in Indore and has executed projects worth over ₹1,200 crore across multiple states.

Stock Price Performance

The stock reached a day’s high of ₹159.95 soon after the morning bell (+4.54%). However, it consolidated a bit and at 10:30 AM, the share traded at ₹159.50 (+4.10%). Today’s low has been ₹157.05. The stock has surged consistently in the past few weeks, and after today’s surge, it has risen by close to 36% in the past six months. With this gain, the company’s market capitalization stood at ₹381.08 crore.

Order Book Expansion

On September 17, 2025, the company reported that its order book swelled to ₹1,442.93 crore as on August 31, 2025, backed by new project inflows worth ₹434.30 crore across roads, buildings, toll collection contracts, and wastewater treatment projects. During April–August 2025, the company executed projects worth ₹266 crore, up 28% year-on-year compared with ₹208.13 crore in the same period last year, highlighting strong execution momentum.

Segment-Wise Unexecuted Orders (as of 31-Aug-2025)

As of the end of August, the company has EPC (Road) contracts worth ₹882.79 crore, EPC (Building) contracts over ₹102 crore, and EPC (Waste Water Treatment) contracts of over ₹164.34 crores. The company also underlined that it has toll collection open agreements of more than ₹293 crores.
